Basic returns policy: Within 7 (seven) days of delivery, you may return any of the item(s) purchased from technobox.com.au in new condition with 100% original packaging and accessories (i.e. sellable).
You can pack and dispatch your return item(s) to us in just a few simple steps:
- Visit our online www.technobox.com.au to check the return policy.
- Send an email about the item(s) condition to Return Policy and the engineer or the customer representatives you're working with will issue you an Return Good Authorization (RGA) number.
- Pack the item(s) along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the satchel/box the item(s) arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
- Affix the Return Good Authorization (RGA) number to the outside of the box.
No returned or exchange item(s) will be accepted without a Return Good Authorization (RGA). This RGA number should be on the shipping papers and the package itself. When the item is received by our receiving department, the RGA number will refer them to a corresponding document on file in our office to let us know what needs to be done with the item you've returned.
- Dispatch the item(s) to our address as soon as possible. Shipping charges on returned item(s) are the customer's responsibility (non-refundable) and TECHNOBOX will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s).
- Wait for the replacement or exchange item(s) will be delivered back to you. These conditions are given high priority as well.
All DEFECTIVE item(s) will be replaced within 10-14 working days on the day that the product has been received. If we found that the product(s) cannot be replaced by the same item, we will change with our alternative item. After 7 days, all manufacturers's warranties apply.
All NON-DEFECTIVE item(s) will be 15% RESTOCKING FEE according to : ordered the wrong item, ordered cancellation after has been dispatched, missing any of the original packaging or accessories when returned, return a NON-DEFECTIVE item for exchange, and return an order without a valid RGA number.
