    This adapter is an intermediary of xD-Picture Card ™ to CF interface devices. It converts xD cards to standard CompactFlash type II format.

    CF-interface devices will have access to the latest xD devices, such as digital cameras, cellular phones, MP-3 players, and PDAs. It's truly plug & play. Most of the new Digital cameras or Portable Storages (e.g. X-Drive Pro, Tripper, V-MP3H, Fotobar, etc) will accept Compact Flash Type 2.

    Note: If your camera or Portable Storage accepts IBM Microdrive, definetely you can use this adapter to convert the xD Card to CF.
